1. When was Renovo founded?
Renovo was founded in 1998 and commenced operations in 2000. Renovo was founded by Professor Mark Ferguson and Dr Sharon O'Kane.
The business is in product development stage and as such does not currently earn any revenues. Renovo's portfolio includes four products which are at various stages of clinical development.
2. Where are Renovo's shares listed?
The company trades on the London Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "RNVO". Renovo was floated in April 2006.
3. Who is Renovo's registrar?

5. Does Renovo pay dividends?
Renovo is seeking primarily to achieve capital growth for its shareholders. Its intention is to retain any future distributable profits and therefore does not anticipate paying any dividends in the foreseeable future.

7. When will Renovo's next AGM be held?
Renovo's next AGM will be held in February 2011 in London.
8. When does Renovo report its results?
Renovo's financial year runs from 1 October to 30 September. In accordance with UKLA regulations Renovo publishes its preliminary and interim results within 90 days of 30 September and 31 March respectively.
