Renovo Group announces that on 9 July 2012, pursuant to the share buyback announced on 15 December 2011, the Company has purchased 50,000 of its Ordinary Shares of 10p each at a price of 17.50p per share to be held in treasury. Furthermore, on 10 July 2012 the Company purchased 68,892 Ordinary shares at a price of 17.6814p per share.
Following these transactions, the Company has a total of 194,549,571 Ordinary Shares in issue, of which 42,634,095 will be held as treasury shares, and the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 151,915,476.
The above figure of 151,915,476 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
