Renovo Group plc has received notification that on 10 May 2012, Kestrel Opportunities, a cell of Guernsey Portfolios PCC Limited ("Kestrel Opportunities"), acquired 1,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 16.625 pence per share.
Kestrel Partners LLP, which Max Royde (Non-executive Director of the Company) is a partner of and holds a beneficial interest in, is the investment manager to Kestrel Opportunities. Mr Royde is also a shareholder in Kestrel Opportunities.
Kestrel Opportunities holds 12,351,942 ordinary shares in the Company, which represents approximately 7.78 per cent of the voting rights in the Company.
