Renovo was founded in 1998 and commenced operations in 2000. On 13 December 2012 Renovo ceased all previous trading activities and became an investing company as provided for by Rule 15 of the AIM Rules for Companies issued by the London Stock Exchange.
The company trades on the AIM market of London Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "RNVO". Renovo was floated in April 2006.

Renovo is seeking primarily to achieve capital growth for its shareholders. Its intention is to retain any future distributable profits and therefore does not anticipate paying any dividends in the foreseeable future.

Renovo's last AGM was held on 18 February 2013 at the offices of Morrison & Foerster (UK) LLP, CityPoint, One Ropemaker Street, London EC2Y 9AW. The date of the next AGM has not yet been set.
Renovo's financial year runs from 1 October to 30 September. In accordance with UKLA regulations Renovo publishes its final and interim results within 180 days of 30 September and 31 March respectively.
