From Piccadilly Railway Station walk down the station approach to Piccadilly Bus Station for any of the following services: W2, 5, 6, 11, 14, 15, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 49, 143, 157, 261. From Victoria Station services: 46, 48. From Oxford Road Station walk down the station approach to Oxford Road. Any of the above services from outside the Palace Hotel. By Road
Follow any approach routes signposted "Universities".

From M62 (East)
Leave M62 at J12 and join M602 Salford for 4 miles. At motorway end join A57 Manchester, joining A57M after 1 mile. Leave at A34 (signed Congleton), bear left (following signs for Universities), then get into the right hand lane. At traffic lights, turn right into Grosvenor Street, then left onto Oxford Road and then Grafton Street.

From M62 (West)
Leave M62 at J18, to join M60 (Manchester). At next roundabout, join A576 (Manchester Central). After approximately 2 miles, bear left at the traffic lights onto A665. Keep going straight on, past several signs for Universities. At junction with Rochdale Road (A664), turn left, then right down Thompson Street. Keep following the Universities signs, which eventually bring you onto Higher Cambridge Street. Turn left past Manchester Business School, turn right into Oxford Road and then into Grafton Street.
