PRELIMINARY RESULTS NOTIFICATION


Renovo Group plc (LSE: RNVO), the biopharmaceutical company developing drugs for the reduction of scarring and acceleration of healing, will announce its preliminary results for the year ended 30 September 2009 at 7.00am on Tuesday 15 December 2009.

Professor Mark Ferguson, CEO, and David Blain, CFO, will host a briefing for analysts at 09:30am on the day at the offices of Buchanan Communications, 45 Moorfields, London, EC2Y 9AE.

There will be a live audio web cast of the presentation available on
