Renovo Group announces that on 20 June 2012, pursuant to the share buyback announced on 15 December 2011, the Company has purchased 510,000 of its Ordinary Shares of 10p each at a price of 17.50p per share to be held in treasury.
Following this transaction, the Company has a total of 194,549,571 Ordinary Shares in issue, of which 42,515,203 will be held as treasury shares, and the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 152,034,368.
The above figure of 152,034,368 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
